U svrhu informatizacije pravosudnog sustava, Ministarstvo pravosuđa razvilo je uslugu e-Komunikacija, koja omogućava elektroničku komunikaciju s općinskim, trgovačkim i županijskim sudovima te Visokim trgovačkim sudom.

Zakonom o parničnom postupku propisano je da se pismena dostavljaju fizičkim osobama koje obavljaju registriranu djelatnost (obrtnicima) u sporovima koji se tiču te djelatnosti u elektroničkom obliku putem informacijskog sustava ili na drugi odgovarajući način.

Osobama koje nisu zatražile ili im još nije dodijeljeno pravo pristupa informacijskom sustavu elektroničke komunikacije sa sudovima, sud će dostavu prvog pismena obaviti poštom uz obavijest da će se sva daljnja pismena u postupku do dodjele prava pristupa informacijskom sustavu elektroničke komunikacije obaviti stavljanjem pismena na e-oglasnu ploču sudova. Smatrat će se da je dostava obustavljena istekom osmoga dana od dana stavljanja pismena na e-oglasnu ploču sudova.

Obrtnici su dužni do 19. srpnja 2023. godine zatražiti pristup informacijskom sustavu e-Komunikacije Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave.

Usluga “e-Komunikacija” omogućava:

• Slanje podnesaka i priloga sudu,
• Zaprimanje sudskih pismena,
• Udaljeni uvid u sudski predmet.

Za prijavu na ovu uslugu i njezino korištenje je potrebno:

• imati e-Građani korisnički račun (saznajte više)
• prijaviti se na NIAS elektroničkom vjerodajnicom značajne (2) ili više razine sigurnosti
• Lista prihvaćenih vjerodajnica dostupna je na ovoj poveznici.
• imati odgovarajući potpisni certifikat
• Ovlašteni izdavatelji potpisnih certifikata u Hrvatskoj su:
• Financijska agencija (FINA)
• Agencija za komercijalnu djelatnost d.o.o. (AKD)
• MUP, posredno, u vidu izdavanja elektroničke osobne iskaznice (eOI)
• biti upisan u interni registar u Ministarstvu pravosuđa i uprave (provedeno kroz informacijski sustav, od strane Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave).

The Law on Civil Procedure stipulates that written documents must be delivered to natural persons who perform a registered activity (artisans) in disputes concerning that activity in electronic form via an information system or in another appropriate way.

To persons who have not requested or have not yet been granted the right to access the information system of electronic communication with the courts, the court will deliver the first letter by mail with the notification that all further letters in the process of granting the right to access the information system of electronic communication will be done by placing the letter on the e-advertisement. court board. It will be considered that delivery has been suspended at the end of the eighth day from the day of posting the letter on the e-bulletin of the courts.

Craftsmen are obliged to request access to the e-Communications information system of the Ministry of Justice and Administration by July 19, 2023.

The “e-Communication” service enables:

• Sending submissions and attachments to the court,
• Receiving court documents,
• Remote insight into the court case.

To register for this service and use it, you need:

• have an e-Citizen user account (learn more)
• log on to NIAS with a significant (2) or higher security level electronic credential
• A list of accepted credentials is available at this link.

• Authorized issuers of signature certificates in Croatia are:
• Financial Agency (FINA)
• Agency for Commercial Activity d.o.o. (AKD)
