Drage poduzetnice i poduzetnici, večeras objavljujem informaciju o jednoj vrlo bitnoj i korisnoj operativnoj nadogradnji sustava komunkacije Ministarstva pravosuđa za obrtnike.
Naime, u svrhu informatizacije pravosudnog sustava, Ministarstvo pravosuđa razvilo je uslugu e-Komunikacija, koja omogućava elektroničku komunikaciju s općinskim, trgovačkim i županijskim sudovima te Visokim trgovačkim sudom.
Što točno “e-Komunikacija” omogućava:
- Slanje podnesaka i priloga sudu,
- Udaljeni uvid u sudski predmet.
- Zaprimanje sudskih pismena.
Obrtnici su dužni do 19. srpnja 2023. godine zatražiti pristup informacijskom sustavu e-Komunikacije Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave.
Kako pristupiti sustavu i što je potrebnu za korištenje ove usluge:
- imati e-Građani korisnički račun (saznajte više)
- prijaviti se na NIAS elektroničkom vjerodajnicom značajne (2) ili više razine sigurnosti
- imati odgovarajući potpisni certifikat (FINA, AKD, eOI)
- biti upisan u interni registar u Ministarstvu pravosuđa i uprave.
Uvid u tijek i dinamiku rješavanja sudskih predmeta možete ostvariti putem sustava e-predmet, pretragom po sudu i poslovnom broju predmeta i bez identifikacije preko sustava e-Građani. Ali, radi sigurnosnih razloga, u toj bazi podataka nije moguće pronaći kaznene i prekršajne maloljetničke predmete, predmete istrage i ratnih zločina te predmete iz nadležnosti USKOK-a.
Podneske kroz ovaj sustav nije moguće slati u:
- zemljišnoknjižne predmete. Zemljišne knjige imaju zaseban sustav koji nije povezan s e-Komunikacijom. Komunikacija elektroničkim putem sa zemljišnoknjižnim odjelima može se odvijati isključivo putem One-Stop-Shop Zajedničkog informacijskog sustava zemljišnih knjiga i katastra na poveznici https://oss.uredjenazemlja.hr/.
- u registarske predmete trgovačkih sudova jer se vode u informacijskom sustavu koji ne podržava e-Komunikaciju.

Dear entrepreneurs, this evening I am announcing a very important and useful operational upgrade of the communication system of the Ministry of Justice and specificaly for crafts (obrt).
Namely, for the purpose of computerizing the judicial system, the Ministry of Justice developed the e-Communications or so called “eKomunikacija” service, which enables electronic communication with municipal, commercial and county courts and the High Commercial Court.
What exactly does “e-Communication” enable:
• Sending submissions and attachments to the court, • Receiving court documents, • Remote viewing of the court case.
Craftsmen (obrtnici) are obliged to request access to the e-Communications information system of the Ministry of Justice and Administration by July 19, 2023.
How to access the system and what is required to use this service:
• have an e-Citizen user account (learn more)
• log in to NIAS with an electronic credential of significant (2) or higher security level
• have an appropriate signature certificate (FINA, AKD, eOI)
• be registered in the internal register of the Ministry of Justice and Administration.
You can get an insight into the course and dynamics of the resolution of court cases through the e-case system, by searching by court and business case number and without identification through the e-Citizens system. However, for security reasons, it is not possible to find criminal and misdemeanor juvenile cases, investigation and war crimes cases, and cases under the jurisdiction of USKOK in that database.
Submissions through this system cannot be sent to:
• land registry items. Land registers have a separate system that is not connected to e-Communication. Electronic communication with the land registry departments can only take place through the One-Stop-Shop of the Joint Information System of Land Registry and Cadastre at the link https://oss.uredjenazemlja.hr/. • in the registry cases of commercial courts because they are maintained in an information system that does not support e-Communication.
